90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all WARDEN products. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unactivated, not powered on, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@trustwarden.co.uk. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping
All returns are strictly at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection Process
All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival. A refund will only be issued after the product has been received and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or if it has been activated or powered on. Inspection may take up to 5 business days upon receipt.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours at info@trustwarden.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged. Photo or video proof of the defect is required before any replacement is issued. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been activated, powered on, or used are not eligible for our 90-day guarantee. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective products only. A replacement unit will only be shipped after the defect has been confirmed by our team and the original product has been returned.

UK Statutory Rights — 14-Day Right to Cancel
As a UK customer you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days at info@trustwarden.co.uk. Statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee policy.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@trustwarden.co.uk.
